Spring is coming fast in Latvia. Like the last year, in a few weeks I will go to Rome, Italy for the second European Wedding Photography event and of course for the nice spring sun and super delicious Italian ice cream.
Last April I was in Sicily for Taormina wedding and after the wedding day I had time to explore the city. I found this nice cafe and the owner of this place was so nice and open. Small polite phrases and then he discovered that I am from Latvia. Turns out that Latvian ex president Valdis Zatlers had visited this coffee place. As I got it, they had a great time then, and because of that, he gave me this tasty Granita for free. This was the best Granita in town – if you are in Taormina, definitely go there and say hello from Latvia :)
